A visual delight with just enough kick from radish, arugula, mustard and celery. Also contains tangy buckwheat lettuce, micro beet, kale, kohlrabi, cabbage, broccoli, and red garnet amaranth. Adds color and visual and textural interest to sandwiches, salad.

Bunching Onion

Bunching onions impart a delightful surprise of flavor and visual interest to your meals.

Popcorn Shoots

Popcorn shoots are surprisingly sweet (they taste like sweet corn) and add height and distinction to your dishes.
